We are a highly professional insurance and financial services agency seeking a year-round, full-time CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE for our busy office. Ideal candidate is highly organized, a team player, computer/typing proficient, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills, all while working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to problem solve, take initiative, and bring a positive attitude is a must. No insurance or financial experience necessary, but must be willing to learn and get licensed in the first 3 months.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Create a warm, welcoming environment for our clients

-Answer phones and greet walk-in clients

-Handle policy changes, provide proof of insurance, and answer billing questions

-Assist with office organization

Qualifications:
-Willingness to obtain Property/Casualty & Life Insurance licenses

-Ability to pass a federal background check

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

-Strong work ethic
