We are a small family owned manufacturing company and are seeking an experienced accounting/financial person who can perform most all functions of accounting for our business using QuickBooks Enterprise. An accounting degree is not required, but heavy financial accounting experience is needed.

*Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary
*Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management
*Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
*Oversee tax reporting to our CPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
