We are looking to hire a Chief Operations Officer to help grow Faris Capital Partners.

CEO & Broker Mark Faris built Faris Team into the most productive Real Estate team in Canada, with over 8 billion in sales volume and close to 10,000 home sales, including over 2000 – 5-star Google reviews, with a staff of over 110 team members. We have multiple locations North of Toronto and in Southwest Florida. Most recently we successfully closed on 584 multi-family units in Florida worth $75 million with a total equity raise of $11 million USD, from Canadian investors.

You will work 1 on 1 with, visionary CEO, Mark Faris to help scale this company to be an industry leader. Your primary objective is to spearhead and execute on the vision. You will play an important role spearheading and building our capital raising, investor experience, marketing strategy, deal acquisitions, underwriting, asset management and finance teams. You will be responsible for building the info-structure to support our investors while ensuring success at each stage of their journey. We will be getting into the trenches to build this company from the ground up, so an understanding of the entire business will be an asset for the successful candidate. This is an opportunity to help build something special, that will help our investors achieve their financial dreams faster, while having an incredible experience. There will be big upside and growth in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of company vision.
• Creation of operations manual.
• Systems and processes mapping and execution.
• Build team of A players. Hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Implementation of scaling up tools and meeting rhythms.
• Creating and delivering on the investor journey experience.
• Help create and execute the marketing strategy, including PPC.

• CRM management.
• Legal and File management.

• Launch thought leadership platform to generate awareness.
• Ensure compliance with the Ontario Securities Commission.

Key skills/qualifications:

• Experience in the multi-family industry.
• A proven track record and success performing in the integrator role and making a vision reality.
• Proven track record of growing a real estate portfolio.
• Organizational excellence.
• Experience with CRM excellence to build a valuable client database.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Has successfully managed people.
• Marketing and social media background is an asset.
