Title: Vice President for Behavioral Health
Status: Full Time, Exempt, 40 hours weekly
Salary range: $115,000-130,000 annual
Supervisor: Chief Program Officer (CPO)
Job Summary:
The VP for Behavioral Health is responsible for ensuring all centers and programs maintain high quality standards, meet target outcomes, goals and objectives, budget, or financial targets, and comply with applicable local, state and/or federal regulations, statutes and / or guidelines. They provide leadership to Family Services’ New York State Office of Mental Health licensed centers, RESTART, and other assigned programs. This position is a member of the Family Services Leadership team and works in conjunction with Leadership on agency-wide issues, including program development and oversight, strategic planning, and budget oversight. The VP of Behavioral Health enthusiastically supports, practices, and advances the agency Mission and Values.

Work Environment: Majority of time is office setting with some remote work, occasionally in clinic sites, in the community, and travel to offsite meetings and events.
