We are seeking a creative, gifted writer to help us Build Better Lives by passionately telling stories on social media. This part time Digital Marketing Associate position offers excellent work-life integration, the ability to work with a growing team and agency as well as provides numerous opportunities for self-growth. In this role you will be a key member of our Community Engagement team. You will be responsible for building and engaging our community by providing digital marketing strategies including social media, blogs and lead organization through organic and paid advertising. You will do this by:

• Participating in the execution of goals and objectives for digital marketing plans with respect to organizational needs, budgets and technology.
• Overseeing social media strategy across multiple platforms and make recommendations for innovative ways to reach new audiences.
• Designing and preparing various digital marketing materials in conjunction with the community engagement team, to include social media content for all channels and ads.
• Providing the essential component of communicating the company’s brand in a positive and authentic manner that will attract audiences across programs and service areas.
• Manage blog posts, social media marketing, and graphic design as needed.
• Cover events and programs by taking photos, videos and conducting interviews as needed.

Our ideal candidate has experience and training in non-profit marketing, communication and social media. Experience in graphic design with strong writing and editorial capabilities. Proven experience across multiple social media platforms. You must possess excellent communications skills, both oral and written as well as software knowledge with programs such as Canva, Mail Chimp, You Tube and Google.
