The Float Talent Acquisition Specialist is a new position within our TA team! This TAS will provide recruitment support in any of our service markets as needed. This may include but is not limited to sourcing in tough markets, recruitment and interviewing support in high volume areas, providing creative recruitment ideas to aide in candidate attraction, and more! The ideal candidate will be flexible, creative, a team player and eager to build relationships quickly with internal partners. This specific TAS will not have an assigned market but will assist wherever additional support is needed.
This is a remote position with occasional travel required. Must live in one of our current service markets (WA, OR, ID). This is a full time, M-F, salaried position.
Job Description:
· Recruit and hire in-home caregivers who will provide services to our clients
· Implement and execute effective recruitment strategies to assure appropriate staffing levels
· Partner with branch leaders to identify/fulfill their recruitment needs
· Identify new, effective recruiting sources and measure return on investment
· Travel within assigned to regions for events and job fairs based on branch needs (1 event per month on average)
· Expand community relationships and maintain contacts with schools, agencies, and social services to promote the agency
· Post and manage all recruiting advertisements: job boards, flyers, social media, etc.
· Provide weekly recruiting reports summarizing activity and efforts
Requirements:
· At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or 3+ years of experience in human resources
· Bachelor’s degree (business or human resources preferred)
· Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
· Must be at least 18 years of age
