Family Resource Home Care Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist – Home Care Recruiter Job at Salem, OR Full Time

We are currently hiring for a Caregiver/CNA recruiter to join our team in the Eugene/Salem/Portland Metro market! This is a hybrid position that will require local travel 1-2x per month.

Job Description

• Recruit and source caregivers in designated markets.
• Post and manage job postings on internal and external platforms
• Perform interviews and make job offers
• Collaborate with onboarding coordinator to ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires
• Attend local hiring events, career fairs, etc
• Implement and execute effective recruitment strategies to assure appropriate staffing levels.
• Visit branch for recruitment and staffing meetings at least 2x per month
• Expand community relationships and maintain contacts with schools, agencies, and social services to promote the agency.
• Provide analytics to leadership to allow for trend identification.
• Monday – Friday, Full Time, 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Must be local to Portland Metro or Willamette Valley

• 1+ years of high volume recruiting experience OR 3+ years in an HR setting

• 18 years or older

• Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business related field highly preferred
