The Onboarding Specialist/Manager will work closely with the associate director to help us provide a smooth “new hire” experience. Job duties include: assisting candidates completing their new hire onboarding profile, coordinating attendance of New Hire Orientation, maintaining records, and other duties as assigned. This position will be remote until November 2022 when the permanent office will open.

We serve consumers statewide.

Position: Full Time
Compensation: $50,000 per year plus $500 Signing Bonus (to be paid after one month of employment)

Responsibilities

• Working with a team in the interest of the individuals we support.

· Job duties include: Assisting candidates completing their new hire onboarding profile, coordinating attendance of New Hire Orientation, maintaining the HR Portal, and other duties as assigned

· Process all new candidates in the HR Portal

· Process Background Check for Candidates

· Ensures all data is accurate in Job Description, Application Assessment, and Offer Letter (when applicable)

· Ensure data entry accuracy and maintenance of employee records such as background check

· Demonstrate professionally all company culture, values, and policies

· Work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of onboarding process

· Confirm Candidates for New Hire Orientation once they have cleared

· Other duties as assigned by the office manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Pass a criminal, drug, and background check.
• Three references.
• Able to keep online records and communicate via email.
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Outlook and Excel required)
• Proficiency with Clear Care/Well Sky platform and Hireology is preferred
• Desire to learn new things and professionally grow
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: (The minimum requirements for the role are specified and are necessary to succeed in the role’s application of tasks)

o English Proficient: must be able to hear, speak, and write clearly with professional standard grammar

o Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift and carry up to 30 lbs., must have dexterity of fingers (or mechanical substitutions)
