We are seeking a full time and a part-time Dental Receptionist who values teamwork, is passionate about patient focused care and wants to grow their skillset and career within a busy, modern and friendly practice.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

Dental office experience,Excellent communication and customer service skills, A friendly, positive demeanor.
Excellent attention to detail. Desire to work well as part of a team,
Comfort in working with computers
Experience with Dentrix Dental Software an asset
Multi-tasking skills and can follow instructions

The hours are as Follows:

Full-Time

Monday 12-7pm
Tues. 12- 7pm
Wed. 12-7pm
Thursday 12-8pm
As well as two Saturdays a month 8am -3pm (not on Long weekends)

Part-time

Thursday 3pm – 8pm
Two Saturdays a month 8am – 3pm
