You will handle administrative tasks, schedule appointments, manage patient records, and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Verify patient information and insurance details
• Collect co-pays and process payments accurately
• Maintain and update patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and medical staff to ensure efficient patient care
• Manage and organize the waiting area to create a comfortable and clean environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in healthcare administration is a plus
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
