WORK SCHEDULE FOR JOB PLACEMENT SPECIALIST – VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION
This full-time entry-level position at our human services nonprofit works during the day.
YOUR ROLE AS A JOB PLACEMENT SPECIALIST
As an expert in vocational rehabilitation, your main goal is to help participants find jobs that match their skills and interests. You build relationships with employers and non-profits to create ongoing opportunities for our participants. Using our Fedcap CARES program, you plan daily and weekly tasks based on participant needs and work requirements. You also plan and host hiring and retention events, track participant progress, and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION
Experience working as a placement specialist in a nonprofit environment would be a plus!
