Role overview 

As a Marketing Specialist at Fallon & Co., you will play a pivotal role in our clients’ growth, leading a dynamic team in an ever-changing environment. Our days are never the same, and we embrace a manageable level of chaos while exceeding our clients’ expectations. Your role will require:

Social Media Strategy and Management

• Lead social media efforts on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
• Oversee all aspects of social media including editing and approving content, crafting strategies and analysing data to draw insights and optimise performance.

Content Creation Leadership

• Drive idea generation to create relevant themes and subjects aligned with individual brands.
• Oversee and contribute to the creation of compelling content across various channels, including blogs, media releases, websites, bios, EDMs, and more.
• Manage online CRM platforms, including Mailchimp, Hubspot, Zoho CRM, vinCreative, and more.

Website Optimisation Management

• Review website functionality and performance, providing recommendations to enhance user experience and performance.
• Oversee the implementation of SEO best practices or improvements.
• Manage content updates, including blogs, new products, and imagery.

Client and Employee Relations

• Foster a team passionate about learning and growing with the business, developing the team to be able to help manage client relationships.
• Ensure a personalised and innovative service to each client, going above and beyond to understand their needs.
• Help lead team collaborations and meetings with clients. 

Business Development Strategy

• Develop new and innovative marketing and business approaches in alignment with individual client needs.
• Lead research, editing, and assistance with grant applications, among other responsibilities.
