As the Branch Marketing Technology Specialist for Fairway’s Hendersonville, TN branch, you will be pivotal in assisting the branch in molding advertising and marketing strategies that combine marketing and technology.
- Pulls s from any and all necessary systems to provide data and actionable recommendations to the sales team and branch managers
- Maintain CRM
- Consult and train on CRM
- Make strategic recommendations based on data findings
- Track and on production
- Responsible for managing the flow of data to and from systems and maintaining data health
- Develops digital marketing campaigns
- Provide support and maintenance for Marketing platforms such as our CRM system, Total Expert, Simple Nexus, and other platforms as needed, including data entry, system customization, and troubleshooting
- Create and manage user profiles, settings, and information
- Provide training and support to users to ensure they are able to effectively utilize the CRM system
- Upload and maintain marketing collateral
- Design and code responsive email templates using HTML and CSS
- Test and optimize email campaigns for deliverability and engagement
- Continuously monitor and evaluate Marketing Tech Stack systems performance and identify areas for optimization
- Assist with planning and executing events including Continuing Education (CE) classes.
- Supports lead generation, lead scoring
- Creates flyers, social media posts
Physical Environment
- This position is primarily an in office position. Normal office environment.
Travel Local travel may be required for company or career-related meetings, programs and/or events.
