Due to growth, Fairstead is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People team. This role is going to assist with the recruitment and hiring of talent across all departments: IT, Accounting, Development, Design & Construction, Legal, HR and more. At the direction of the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and manage candidate pipelines, liaise with department team leads to determine their immediate hiring needs, and work to fill open roles quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a background in agency recruitment, with a real estate focus, and will be able to successfully manage the full cycle recruitment process.
Responsibilities

• Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire best talent
• Execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates, using both online and offline methods
• Maintain and develop healthy pipelines of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
• Source and screen candidates via phone or Microsoft Teams
• Work with team leads to develop a strong understanding of the needs of the business
• Identify means of efficiency, ensuring Time to Hire quotas are maintained with a high level of accuracy
• Actively partner with the business to identify their future needs
• Produce weekly pipeline reports and market trends
• Manage interview scheduling, follow up and feedback
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 year in full cycle recruitment, either from a real estate firm or agency setting with a real estate focus
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
