Social Media Coordinator.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking to partner with a like minded individual who can excel in the exciting role of our Social Media Coordinator.
About the role.
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing all the social media content for the Fairmont Homes NSW portfolio of brands. This includes supporting with the ideation, development, and scheduling of all social media content across our website, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, as well as community engagement management.
Key duties of the role include.
· Social Media Management – Custodian of Fairmont Homes NSW portfolio of social media channels.
· Social Listening – ‘listening’ to Fairmont Homes NSW brands tags/mentions and managing responses/interactions.
· Social Media Content – Working alongside the Sales & Marketing Manager and developing content for each of the brand’s social media channels, with the goal of increasing interaction, engagement and following.
· Stakeholder Engagement – You will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, peers etc.) and will be supported through this by Sales & Marketing Manager.
· Creation and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns aligning with overall marketing objectives.
· Planning, researching and delivering innovative and engaging content for social media channels, website and blogs and analysing effectiveness.
· Undertake market research and customer surveys to analyse demand and brand positioning.
About you.
The main requirement is someone who has experience, and is passionate about Social Media management, content creation and interaction.
Other key requirements of the role:
· Proven experience in a Social Media Coordination role.
· Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, brand-aligned content for social media platforms.
· Tertiary level qualifications in Marketing or similar related fields.
· Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills.
· Possess a creative and can-do mindset.
· A passionate multi-tasker who is detail-oriented, loves to juggle, and works well in a highly productive team environment.
