Fairfax Veterinary Clinic Hiring for Veterinary Receptionist/CSR Full Time

Busy multi doctor small animal veterinary clinic seeking an experienced receptionist, part time or full time open. 1 year minimum in the medical reception field is required. Ideal candidate is a friendly, professional, compassionate multi-tasker who strives to provide excellent customer service. This is a job for someone who loves animals and people and wants to be part of a team whose mission is to provide top-notch care to our clients and patients. We are a family owned business and a fun-loving, hard-working group located in charming Fairfax.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

– Answer multiple phone lines at once

– Schedule appointments

– Greet clients and weigh patients

– Accurately process/post credit/cash transaction

– Filling prescriptions and maintaining inventory

– Basic janitorial duties and must be able to lift 40 lbs

– Other duties in furtherance of hospital mission, as necessary
