Data Entry and Record Keeping: The primary responsibility of a Data Entry and Warehouse Associate is to accurately enter data into computer systems or databases. This data can include inventory records, shipment details, purchase orders, and other warehouse-related information. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.

Inventory Management: Warehouse Associates are responsible for managing and organizing inventory. This includes receiving incoming shipments, verifying the contents against purchase orders, and properly storing items in designated locations. They also track inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and assist in conducting periodic physical inventory counts.

Order Processing and Shipping: Data Entry and Warehouse Associates play a key role in order processing and fulfillment. They pick and pack items for outgoing shipments, prepare shipping labels, and coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, they may be involved in generating shipping documents and handling any issues related to shipment discrepancies or damaged goods.

Other duties include maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks, and collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
