Job Responsibilities:

Ensure a excellent onboarding/offboarding experience for employees from access set up to maintaining a friendly and supportive relationship

Support the recruitment team and work in collaboration to secure the best talent for FAIR

*
Set up and maintain performance and probation review process

*
Establish remuneration recommendations in partnership with our Operations team

*
Drive team engagement by arranging events and team activities

*
Provide accurate, informed and timely advice and information to managers and employees on Human Resource related matters

*
Help evolve, document, refine and update FAIR’s internal operational processes and policies

*
Mentor, coach and train internal HR staff

*
You should have*

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a business-related discipline

*
At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar HR role

*
Organised and self-motivated with the ability to work independently

*
A people person who enjoys building relationships

*
Knowledge of various areas of HR including benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, compensation and company policies and procedures

*
Exceptional communications skills, time management and attention to detail
