Faegre Drinker Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job at Minneapolis, MN Full Time

Faegre Drinker has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work with our Talent team in our Minneapolis, Philadelphia or downtown Indianapolis office. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing administrative support in all aspects of recruiting and partners with Talent Acquisition Specialists to assist with filling both direct hire and contract paraprofessional, administrative and operations positions across our 19 U.S. office locations. This position will work with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of our clients.

• Own the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating, tracking and monitoring phone, video and in-person interviews across multiple office locations
• Serve as the point of contact for local office candidates
• Post open positions to internal and external job boards and utilize social media to share positions and promote the employee referral program
• Provide ongoing communication and support to candidates during the recruitment process and their transition to new hire, including travel arrangements, relocation and reimbursement of expenses
• Facilitate, collect, summarize and distribute candidate feedback responses after completed interviews
• Ensure background and conflict clearances have been completed in accordance with firm policies and procedures
• Complete new hire itineraries for incoming employees in the central offices by collaborating with hiring managers, coordinating with the HR team and distributing schedules.
• Audit financial reports, reconcile credit card statements and process invoices, including temporary staffing fees
• Manage the TA team inbox
• Act as the point of contact for TA vendors (e.g., technical assessments and background checks)
• Special projects and duties, as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree required; may substitute work experience for degree
• 2-3 years of administrative experience with a strong interest in the talent acquisition process required
• Experience working in a recruiting or talent acquisition capacity preferred
• Solid working knowledge of broad human resources functional areas, including knowledge of federal and applicable state employment laws, or a desire to learn
• Prior experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Internet sourcing methodology preferred
• Experience using social media with creativity (Linked In, Twitter, etc.)
