Reporting to, and under the direction of the Manager, Recreation Client Services, The Facilities Program Coordinator assists in the administration of rental activities and special events for arenas, community centres, parks and other facilities as required. The Facilities Program Coordinator supports the daily functions of Arena Customer Services desks, and provides support to part time staff. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

You love to research and analyze problems: identifying, gathering and processing relevant information to determine possible solutions, evaluate them and make recommendations. This position may work flex hours, including days, and afternoons, thirty-five (35) hours per week. Shifts may be scheduled between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Sunday to Saturday.
