Our Office Assistant position will be the first point of contact for our clients who call FMM and our ideal candidate will possess the following :

The Office Assistant will perform the following tasks :

• answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional attitude
• route calls to the appropriate department
• take detailed phone messages when needed
• provide superior customer service to guests as they enter the FMM building
• receive packages and mail, disperse throughout the company
• light data entry when needed
• assist collections department with their collections process
• any tasks assigned by Service Department Manager
• maintain office supplies inventory and ordering
• assist with scheduling main conference rooms
• assist with company-wide vehicle scheduling
• participation in on-call rotation
