Director of Marketing Job Description

Job Summary:
Facial Aesthetics is looking for a focused and driven marketing professional to oversee the organization’s marketing ventures as the Director of Marketing. This role primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence. It will coordinate market research and analyze the resulting data to identify the behaviors and engagement of their target customers. They work closely with a company’s executive team and digital agency to build a brand that exemplifies the company’s mission and connects with the values of their customers. This role leads the marketing team and identifies guidelines for producing promotional content and communicating the efforts to the staff. The goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues to thrive against competitors.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a results-driven marketing plan aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives. Define target customer segments, identify growth opportunities, and establish measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success.
• Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand image. Ensure all marketing materials, messaging, and touchpoints accurately reflect the company’s values, services, and positioning.
• Digital Marketing: Lead online marketing efforts, including website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media strategy, email campaigns, and content creation. Leverage digital platforms to engage, educate, and convert potential clients. Owns relationship with digital marketing team.
• Traditional Marketing: Drive offline marketing initiatives, such as print collateral, direct mail campaigns, event sponsorships, and community partnerships, to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
• Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure media coverage, features, and collaborations that elevate the company’s visibility and credibility.
• Advertising and Promotions: Develop and manage advertising campaigns, promotions, and special offers to attract new clients and encourage repeat business. Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Liaise with graphic designer for creative needs as necessary.
• Analytics and ing: Utilize data-driven insights to assess marketing performance, make informed decisions, and refine strategies. Generate regular s on KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback.
• Team Leadership: Manage a marketing team, providing clear direction, guidance, and mentorship. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Develop, allocate, and manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and a strong ROI.
• Compliance: Stay informed about regulations and guidelines related to medical spa marketing and ensure all marketing activities follow industry standards and legal requirements.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (8-10 years) in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or luxury service industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and the media.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for aesthetics and wellness trends.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $96,135.00 – $106,187.00 per year
