We are recruiting a Talent Sourcer for our Business functions across APAC. We conceive practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. We’re passionate about delivering a great candidate experience, and that starts with the first conversation a candidate has with us, which is more often than not with a member of our Sourcing team.The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of roles and partner directly with Recruiters, Facebook leadership and XFN partners (internal and external) to build and execute the sourcing strategy to attract, source and engage the best diverse talent ensuring the delivery of Facebook’s growth plans across APAC.This position will report into the APAC Recruiting Sourcing Lead and will be based in Singapore.
- Design and execute the talent sourcing strategy for roles which they are managing. This includes understanding and mapping the external talent landscape, managing all candidates with the highest levels of care, providing a great experience to referrals and working with XFN Partners (Recruiting teams, Recruiting Operations) to deliver on roles in their portfolio
- Partner with global Facebook hiring managers to manage all sourcing activities which includes channels ownership, candidate attraction (brand campaigns, networking & events), pipelining, sourcing, interviewing & calibrating talent for roles at Facebook
- Independently identify, source, interview and advocate Facebook as a great place to work for all candidates
- Partner with Facebook hiring managers and Recruiters on both open roles & proactive pipelining
- Responsible for building and executing on both a medium and long term pipelining strategy for a dedicated pipeline of skills buckets
- Network with top talent both in the region and globally
- Partner with Search firms as appropriate
- 6+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience in an in-house or recruiting agency environment
- 3+ years experience of talent sourcing within the international media and/or technology sectors within the APAC region, in a fast paced recruiting environment
- Demonstrated successful interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in identifying & engaging and high calibre level passive candidates
- Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships with team, clients and leaders
- Evidence of XFN partnership to build on the strengths of Facebook’s existing recruiting brand and candidate messaging
- Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
