Responsibilities: Manage the recruiting process for PhD and postdoctoral candidates with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacyDevelop and execute nuanced diversity strategy to increase representation in your aligned pipeline(s)Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaignsPartner closely with other PhD recruiters to ensure smooth candidate transition and consistent candidate experienceFind, engage and activate passive candidatesCollaborate with client groups and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goalsDrive offer process including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer lettersFacilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managersRegularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholdersRecommend and drive improvements that impact PhD pipeline areas and the recruiting organizationTravel during peak recruiting cycles
