Customer Service Representative
Position Overview:
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) deliver excellent customer care and provide value for customers via phone, email, and online correspondence. The successful candidate will be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. CSRs put themselves in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. CSRs are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they do not have enough information to resolve customer requests or needs. We maintain high customer service standards, respond to or contact customers efficiently, are team players, and are passionate about our role in helping Face Reality Skincare to become the number one Acne Clinic in the US.
Customer Service Department hours of operations are Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Training will be Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00PM for 4 weeks. This is a Hybrid role working onsite in Danville, CA every Wednesday – Thursday and working remotely Mondays and Fridays.
