EZFIT Aldergrove is Looking For Part Time Gym Staff at Aldergrove, BC Full Time

Seasoned fitness center is looking to hire a part time staff to join the company. The successful candidate will be part of a growing team and have the following responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in daily club operations;
• Ensuring effective communication and teamwork across the fitness centres and proactively assisting with day-to-day operations (customer service matters, member complaints and maintenance issue, etc.)
• Maintaining the working condition of the fitness centres premises; managing facilities and equipment to ensure that such are at all times in fully functional order and fit for use by members and guests; conducting routine checks of the facility
• Opening or closing of the gym

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 sales experience at a similar level preferably in fitness and wellness industry
• Strong customer service orientation and understanding of customer relationship management
• Strong planning and organizing skills with ability to develop policies and procedure
• Strong ability to build teamwork, resolve conflicts, motivate and manage people
