• 5pm to 3am – 4x10s – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday

Tier 2 Operator:

• Monitor signals from customers’ alarm systems (BONUS FOR ARRESTS)
• Provide accurate information to the proper authorities
• Conduct daily interactions with customers

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Brief summary of duties:

• Acknowledge video alarm signals from customers’ video alarm system
• Dispatch police or security teams on verified threats and/or suspicious behavior
• Effectively document customer interaction regarding incidents, account inquiries and service requests
• Notify appropriate points of contact of issues that arise with customers
• Extensive data entry
• Will provide on the job training

Our Story:

We are a rapidly growing, monitoring station that was born out of necessity. Necessity to provide a higher level of service to our customers and to our sister company Eyesite Surveillance. Our mission, since day one, has been to provide premium level video alarm based protection for the construction market. Where many monitoring stations rely on volume of accounts and high employee turnover to function, we instead focus on training and retaining quality people while managing and servicing our accounts effectively. We partner with our customers to provide them with a quality service to accompany our quality products.

Launching in July of 2020 during the midst of the pandemic, EyeOn has been consistently outperforming its competition. We have maintained one of the industries fastest response times to alerts and have maintained high employee retention rates. Both are uncommon in monitoring stations.

Our SOC (Security Operation Center) team is the center point of our company. We take great pride in our people, the amount of training they receive and the quality of their responses. • Weekends required

• 8-hour shift
• 10 hour shift
