The opportunity

In this role, you’ll have the ability to drive the EY Talent agenda by supporting recruitment initiatives that are aligned with the strategic D&I pillars of, gender, disability, LGBTQ+ and Cultural Diversity, supported by inclusive leadership and flexibility. You’ll provide support to the Oceania D&I Talent Attraction & Acquisition Lead in the implementation of the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Talent Attraction & Acquisition strategy, which will see the recruitment function build inclusive capability, recruit exceptional and diverse talent and, position EY as a market leading employer of choice.

This role is open to any location, either full time or 0.8 FTE (four days per week).

Your key responsibilities

• Employer branding activity such as creating and collating people stories and coordinating contributions for external employer brand activity
• Talent attraction including supporting the delivery of D&I recruitment programs and events
• Talent Acquisition including coordination of requisitions, interviews, candidate offers and onboarding for D&I recruitment programs and initiatives
• Project support including strategic communications plans
• Inclusive capability – supporting the development of D&I recruitment related assets such as toolkits, checklists, web content and training decks
• Governance, including reporting and tracking the progress of D&I recruitment related initiatives

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for this role you must have

• A passion for Diversity & Inclusiveness
• Experience working in a Talent function, ideally recruitment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills including internal and external communications
• Experience providing support on projects events and large programs of work

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Knowledge of end to end recruitment processes
