The opportunity
In this role, you’ll have the ability to drive the EY Talent agenda by supporting recruitment initiatives that are aligned with the strategic D&I pillars of, gender, disability, LGBTQ+ and Cultural Diversity, supported by inclusive leadership and flexibility. You’ll provide support to the Oceania D&I Talent Attraction & Acquisition Lead in the implementation of the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Talent Attraction & Acquisition strategy, which will see the recruitment function build inclusive capability, recruit exceptional and diverse talent and, position EY as a market leading employer of choice.
This role is open to any location, either full time or 0.8 FTE (four days per week).
