About The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Recruitment team. In this role you will report to the APAC Recruitment Lead, and work alongside a team of experienced recruiters. This is a great opportunity for you to learn new skills, build on your career, and help to grow a global network. Your key responsibilities

• Drive end to end recruitment process, identifying top talent and supporting hiring managers to assist in making effective quality focused hires across the Oceania Region (Aus and NZ).
• Source and attract talent in the region and engage with passive candidates through networking, online databases, active sourcing, social media, employee referrals, and other creative programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (hiring managers) to understand talent requirements and strategic priorities, along with managing follow-up and implementation of recruitment plans
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of business demand based on trends and insights into the local market
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial screening to on-boarding stage
• Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers with a focus on meeting business demand and headcount plan
• Act as a source of knowledge through continuous learning and process improvements
• Use market expertise and data to educate and recommend how to hire the best talent
