The opportunity
LEAD is our career, performance and feedback framework which drives Better conversations and builds a meaningful career experience for all of our people. This role is pivotal in the operational delivery of our LEAD framework. Working with stakeholders across Talent and the business, and as part of a dedicated team, you will create and deliver the processes that enable career development, performance and pay reviews.
Your key responsibilities
LEAD deployment
Working as part of a team, deliver the LEAD framework to employees and Partners, including:
Development of comms to Talent, the business and employees
Management of data coming out of and into the system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Collation of outputs from Talent Reviews
Managing the LEAD mailbox and responding to queries
Contribute to regular briefing calls for counsellors
Process improvements
Using materials provided by Global, develop local processes to deliver on the Global framework
Produce briefing materials for stakeholders on process updates and changes
Support the measurement and evaluation of processes to identify efficiencies and ongoing improvements
Identify opportunities to innovate the framework and processes in line with best practice in performance management
Relationship Management
Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for the business and other talent functions on matters relating to LEAD
Build close working relationships with colleagues across the wider Talent function to deliver an integrated service
Understand the latest trends in career development and performance management to provide insights and best practice
Skills and attributes for success
Stakeholder management and business consulting skills
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across all levels
Good team worker with ability to coordinate and work as ‘one team’
Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
Strong Excel, reporting and database management skills
An understanding of change management and a desire to act as a change champion
Ability to work autonomously to translate messages and content themes into communications, presentations, stakeholder collateral, etc
Organisation, attention to detail and project management skills to identify and work to deadlines and milestones through the LEAD cycles, proactivity
Understanding of the complexity of a large organisation and its SL/business areas and key contacts and stakeholders
Ideally a working understanding of the processes, systems and handoffs across the Talent functions, including TD, HR, TSS, Reward
To qualify for the role you must have
Experience of working in a large and diverse professional services or corporate environment
Experience of working in Talent or Talent Development preferred
Ideally, you’ll also have
Strong team worker, with enthusiastic, can-do, flexible approach, with ability to coordinate and work as ‘one team’
Experience of working in a data and technology centric environment (e.g. analysis, reporting, etc)
