What you’ll be doing:

You will be part of a high performing team who are passionate about solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions to clients across the mining industry. You will make complex technologies accessible to clients helping them to find inventive solutions to their business problems. You will help them grow, while discovering limitless opportunities to develop yourself.

As well as developing your technical skills, you will learn about business strategy and business issues. You will collaborate with different departments and functions, with the freedom and ability to explore new ideas and devise your own solutions. You won’t just be implementing new technologies; you will be designing the way they are used and will be transforming businesses, one idea at a time!

On your first day, we’d love for you to have:

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in an Architecture role for either a mining company or in a consultancy position servicing the mining industry
• Experience with Mining OT (MES, Scada) and IT
• Excellent analytical skills for both business and technology solutions to enable the development of business process and/or technical solutions, including documentation of business problems in a clear concise manner
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and documentation, business process modelling, user story creation, functional/non-functional analysis, and business case development
• An avid interest in digital trends and delivering successful outcomes
• Proven experience in engaging and collaborating with different stakeholders to tackle interesting technical problems and challenges
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Demonstrated work experience in a professional role delivering advisory services

It’s great, but not required, if you have:

• Experience working in a consultancy services environment
• Hands on experience with technologies including application development, defining processes, capturing requirements, analytical tools, business process tools or Cloud services
