The opportunity
This position will work to monitor and enhance the Talent operating model where necessary proposing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. It will work closely with Talent colleagues at Region and Executive levels to ensure Talent ways of working: policies, processes, organization, technology, and data are appropriate to achieve agreed Talent strategy and performance outcomes. The role will manage relationships with Regions, Service Lines and the Executive and capture operations needs and opportunities and where required raise requests for change. It will also ensure the Talent roadmap for change is communicated effectively to Talent groups and that there is capacity and ability to embed global change

The Area and SL Talent Enablement Lead will act as business partner to Area and SL Talent teams, building and managing strategic relationships with these teams, understanding, and influencing business strategy, identifying and capturing needs and ensuring these are understood and addressed by Talent.
