Exterior Pros is looking to hire a full time Accounting Assistant in Sussex Wisconsin. The key functions of the Accounting Assistant are processing all payables and receivables using QuickBooks, ledger entries, check generation, reconciliation of various accounts, as well as simple data entry. This position is a full-time position that requires 32-40 hours per week on site at our office in Sussex, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

Assist with AR & AP

Help with reconciliations using QuickBooks and other company specific programs

Data Entry in various company platforms

Support CFO with Month End Closing

Misc duties and projects to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications

Accounting Experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

QuickBooks experience a “Must Have” (2 year minimum)

General ledger entries

Processing AP and AR

Attention to detail

Construction Industry experience preferred

32-40 hours per week on site in Sussex Wisconsin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
