Exterior Custom Solutions Hiring for Marketing / Sales Manager at Neenah, WI Full Time

Must have a proven track record of success in marketing and sales!

Job responsibilities include:

• Generate leads for sales department.
• Hire, train and develop marketing & sales departments.
• Reserve, organize and work lead generating events.
• Support office manager position as back up by learning their position.
• Other duties as needed.

Must-have:

• 2 years sales experience or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven skills in telemarketing, trade shows, and canvassing.
• Energetic, self-motivated, results driven.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work days including some evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, efficient, manages time wisely.

Nice-to-have:

• Skilled in production and maintenance of marketing materials, including advertisements, print & digital ads, website, social media, SEO, branding, managing online reputation, etc. to ensure all elements are current and consistent.
• Skilled in photography, videography, and image editing as needed. Working knowledge with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred.
