Exterior Custom Solutions Hiring for Marketing / Sales Manager at Neenah, WI Full Time

Must have a proven track record of success in marketing and sales!

Job responsibilities include:

• Oversee Marketing & Sales Teams.
• Hire, train & develop marketing & sales departments.
• Business development by generating leads for the sales staff.
• Production and maintenance of all marketing materials, including advertisements, print & digital ads, website, social media, SEO, branding, managing online reputation, etc. to ensure all elements are current and consistent.
• Photography, videography, and image editing as needed. Working knowledge with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred.
• Organizing the set up and staffing of events.
• Other duties as needed.

The right candidate will be driven with excellent communication skills and have the ability to lead a team.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years sales experience or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven skills in telemarketing, trade shows, and canvassing.
• Energetic, self-motivated, results driven.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work days including some evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, efficient, manages time wisely.

Pay: Up to $140,000.00 per year
