About the Role / / We are seeking a passionate and results-driven digital marketing manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of Extensis’ digital presence.

This role will be critical in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of the Extensis Creative Intelligence Suite and overall brand presence.

This is a remote role for candidates residing in the Oregon / SW Washington area who are able to occasionally meet at our Tigard office.

What You’ll Do / / As a Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to promote Extensis, utilizing social media, paid advertising, and email marketing channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
• Implement and oversee SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
• Manage paid search campaigns, optimizing for maximum reach and efficiency.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and existing customers.
• Implement segmentation and A / B testing for continuous improvement.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of campaigns.
• Provide regular s and insights to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback for ongoing improvement.

What You Bring / / In addition to a positive attitude, a desire to learn and a passion for what you do, the ideal candidate will also have the following :

• BS / MS degree in marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in digital marketing, agency experience a plus.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, MOZ)
• Working knowledge of ad-serving tools (e.g., Outbrain and StackAdapt)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
