Extension is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

What You’ll Impact at Our Client
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and administering HR policies and programs concerning acquisition of the organization’s talent, including hourly positions, engineering and professional positions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1-3 yrs HR Experience
  • 3-5 yrs full cycle recruiting experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
