As a Recruiter, you will provide excellence by:

• Identifying the staffing requirement for a new or open technical positions
• Crafting an accurate and detailed job description to attract the best technical candidates
• Setting expectations for the interview process
• Serving as the point person and primary interviewer during the interview process.
• Conduct the first interview, initial screening and assessment
• Marketing new job opportunities internally and seeking employee referrals from peers and teams
• Writing the job offer, and negotiating the terms of the contract with the chosen candidate

Requirements

Do you have what it takes to be our Recruiter?

Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator hiring entry-level, mid and senior roles for financial technology companies

• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases

• Experience with phone and online interviews, candidate screening and evaluation

• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks

• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

• Strong decision-making skills

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in hiring Virtual Assistants/Remote Workers
