The Role

The Extend Group is a multi-brand, national Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) provider, that provides exceptional services and care for children nationally.

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, process driven, and organised Recruitment Manager.

The position is responsible for all Educator recruitment in The Extend Group across Australia. You will lead a team of high performing Talent Acquisition Coordinators. You focus will be sourcing appropriate candidates to be interviewed by relevant team managers, supporting efficient recruitment systems and ensuing a positive and professional experience for the candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will also work closely with the Marketing Team to implement strategies that attract the best candidates to the organisation.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the position will involve important interactions with key personnel within the business and act as a key internal communications hub for the Group.

Specific Responsibilities

• Overseeing the complete end-to-end recruitment process.
• Managing and leading three Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
• Developing key partnerships to enhance the recruitment pipeline.
• Supporting in-house performance management initiatives that drive a high-performance culture.
• Ensuring our brand attracts the best candidates in the industry
• Reporting key metrics to senior management.

Essential Criteria

• 3+ years’ experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
• Professional and accurate communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high performing team is an advantage.
• Experience in any type of sales role will also be considered an advantage.
• Ability to prioritise and work to set deadlines.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, presentation skills and the capacity to prepare various written reports and plans.
• Good knowledge of Excel & Google Drive use

• Willing to travel interstate for recruitment purposes.
