Expressworks seeks an Instructional Designer with~ 5 of experience designing customized training materials for corporate clients in a team-based environment. Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry is a plus.

ISD Skill Criteria:

· Bachelor or greater degree in instructional design (preferred)

· Approximately five years of experience developing customized training programs for a corporate environment

· Background in curriculum needs analysis

· Experience developing and delivering train-the-trainer sessions.

· Experience developing e-learning

· Experience developing interactive and engaging instructor led training (i.e. case study, experiential learning, activity based) consisting of Facilitator and Participant Guides, PowerPoint, Job Aides, Procedure Guides and on the job support materials

· Must be proficient in designing WBT Storyboards for the following tool sets: Adobe Presenter, Articulate, Captivate, DHTML

· Oil and Gas training development experience a preferred. Wide variety of industry and work experiences a plus.

· If qualified, must provide samples of previous work

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75.00 – $85.00 per hour
