Express Marijuana Card Hiring for Medical Marijuana phone patient assistant at Saint Augustine, FL Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Full-Time Patient Assistant/Sales Associate, who shares our passion to provide quality medical marijuana medicine and excellent care experience to patients who need to obtain a medical marijuana card. The Sales Associate works closely with patients, assisting in booking appointments with our state licensed doctors. Sales Experience is a plus!

The representative will play a fundamental role in helping patients over the phone, book consultations, communicate and explain the process and work with our doctors, to ensure a smooth process. The person in this role must be comfortable making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and routing patients to the appropriate doctors/department. As the first line of communication with patients, this role will have a strong understanding of the process; will excel at researching leads; will thrive off of starting new relationships; and work well with team members and doctors.

Some of the responsibilities are:

1) Inbound patient calls

2) Outbound patient calls

3) Collect payment for consultations

4) Explain the entire process to patients

5) Book appointments

6) Provide customer support

7) Communicate in a professional manner

You must be able to pass a background check and be legally allowed to work in the United States.
