Express Employment is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to execute accounting functions with detail and accuracy!

Responsibilities
– Reviews and processes account payable & receivable transactions
– Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
– Responds to vendor inquiries regarding payment status
– Prepares and sends remittance information to vendors as required
– Reviews periodic statements from vendors, and requests/processes any missing transactions
– Communicates with vendors to answer payable questions
– Sets up and verifies new vendors information
– Applying customer payments and preparing invoicing documents
– Communicates with customers regarding receivable questions
– Prepares and provides reporting of outstanding or disputed transactions, monthly
– Participates as a member of the accounting team accomplishing related results as needed
– Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills/Expereience Required:
– 2+ years of work experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
– Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
– Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks
– Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
