What We’re Looking For:
Exponent Partners is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team of Account Executives. This position at Exponent Partners is a leader within the Business Development team and works closely with other members of the Business Development team, as well as working closely with internal stakeholders in Finance, Client Services, and Operations. This position is responsible for achieving overall global pipeline and sales goals while also acting as a consultative leader and coach guiding Account Executives toward optimal success in attaining and surpassing quota in their territories.

This is a highly accountable and influential position, and the ideal candidate will excel at leading and developing a team, while working with multiple other teams across the organization to ensure alignment on sales strategy and execution. The ideal candidate has a solutions and/or technology background along with services sales experience, preferably within Salesforce and related products, has succeeded in externally facing client sales, and has demonstrated success when holding individual contributors accountable toward performance goals.

Hiring Salary Range:
Base salary range of $120,000/year to $125,000/year depending on experience plus commission with an OTE target range of $200,000 – $225,000 annually.
