Summary of Position

Assist the Project Manager, Licenses and Permits, in managing information on company fleet and operations.

Responsibilities

• Research and execute necessary applications for federal, state, and local licenses for new site operations
• Manage the annual renewal process for permits and licenses at 60+ sites
• Assist in managing the asset database for 800+ vehicle and equipment fleet across 60+ sites, including oversight of the vehicle disposal and transfer process.
• Manage the annual registration and renewal process for our current fleet, including integrating all new acquisitions
• Respond to requests from site leaders seeking information on licenses and fleet inventory
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements for all operation locations and fleet.
• Effectively organize and manage efforts to stay ahead of deadlines.
• Other duties as requested

Requirements

· Excellent customer service and communication skills, both over the phone and via email

· Attention to detail in navigating official forms and documentation from various government entities

· Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

– Strong team player willing to address last-minute issues as they arise

· Strong organization and and time management skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)

· Knowledge of Fleetio or Smartsheet a plus

Knowledge and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Project Management, or related field

Experience: 2+ years Office Administration preferred

Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing systems for increased efficiency

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
