Our aspiration is to become the number one outbound agency in Australia for B2B companies seeking growth strategies to scale.

Right now, we are looking for 2x Outbound Sales Development Representatives (Explorers) who will have the chance to be pioneers and shape the future of outbound sales for a $360B industry in Australia.

About the job…

  • Drive your client’s growth through outbound prospecting activities, generating leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.
  • Educate and work with leads through outbound activities via phone calls, emails, social media, events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Create and activate email sequences, make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the Account Executive & Business Development Manager hand-off.

    • Driven – You will not be successful without a passion for your job. Self-motivation is often one of the most reliable tools for a successful Explorer.
    • Excellent communication skills – Effective communication is essential. Delivering pitches to potential clients, handling objections, answering questions, negotiating, and building relationships is a job full of both verbal and written correspondence.
    • Possess soft skills – Humility and empathy go a long way in the selling process. Instead of coming off as aggressive and arrogant, you need to be approachable and listen to potential customers.
    • Goal-oriented – The experience of pursuing and completing goals is usually a great motivator for any successful professional.
    • Service/Product knowledge – You need to learn everything there is to know about your product/service to execute a successful outbound strategy.
    • A team player – Being an Explorer is usually not for a lone wolf. In B2B and B2C sales, you often rely on others to close a deal.
    • Effective time management – If you want to be successful, you need incredible time management skills.
    • Optimistic – Some situations are best taken with humour. And while you must stay down to earth, optimism goes a long way when dealing with people.
    • Experienced – We are always looking to grow our people, but you’ll need to hit the ground running. We are looking for SDRs with at least 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably with Software/Consulting/Services) with a history of quota attainment.
    • Live in Sydney.

    • Prior experience using Sales Automation/Prospecting Tools (Hubspot, Outreach, & LinkedIn Sales Nav)
    • You’ve worked at a fast-growing startup and an early-stage company.
    • You excel at cold calling and relationship building.

    💰 Salary: $70k – $95k (depending on experience)

    💴 OTE: Up to $120k uncapped commissions

    🕰 Payment: Same-day commission payment
