About The Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the People and Culture team in a Recruitment Role. Explorers Early Learning is well-established company in an exciting growth phase! In a high-growth phase this means periods of mass recruitment and employing strategies for attracting strong candidates to the roles.

Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with management teams to understand and respond to their recruitment needs
• Manage recruitment process in JobAdder
• Post jobs
• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn & Seek
• Phone screen to generate shortlist
• Collate necessary pre-employment documentation, including approvals, reference checks, pre-employment medicals, qualifications and registrations, working rights, Working with Children Check, police check (if required)
• Letters of offer and contract requests
• s on recruitment status of recruitment
• Contribute to initiatives to generate strong applicant numbers
• Proactively foster external relationships to generate recruitment pipeline

Skills Required:

• Strong ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work in a high-volume recruitment environment
• Good written and oral communication
• A high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using Job Adder preferred
• Experience in HR/Recruitment preferred
• Experience maximising value of social media for recruitment purposes
• Drivers license (travel to our centres required)
