Our Ashwood Centre:
Our Explorers Ashwood Centre is situated on High Street Road. We opened our doors in March 2022 and our occupancy is steadily increasing across our eight rooms. We have a lovely and supportive Centre Leadership Team who have both been promoted from within. How you can support us:

• Work collaboratively and lead a team of Educators
• Facilitate intentional teaching experiences for children
• Demonstrate meaningful relationships with children, families and your peers
• Lead the planning of your team and be their first contact
• Delegate tasks to ensure all the Educators can learn and grow
• Support and mentor your team

Key Requirements:

• Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification in accordance with the Education and Care Regulations 2012
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement quality education program using portfolio method
• Experience in long day care or equivalent (preferred)
• Current First Aid Training certificate
• Current Working with Children Check
• Working rights – Visa / Passport
