Our Ashwood Centre:
Our lovely Ashwood Centre opened in March 2022 and our occupancy is growing. We currently have 3 rooms open across two levels, Nursery, Toddler and Kinder. We are welcoming new families and would love to have a new Lead Educator join the team.
We are located on High Street Rd, Ashwood. There is parking and public transport available. Detailed attention has been placed on planning each indoor and outdoor space at our centre, with a focus on nature and sustainability. Our centre will be designed to stimulate children’s creativity, exploration and sense of belonging.

Responsibilities:

• Highly experienced, dedicated and passionate room leader for a babies room
• Has confidence with programming and planning.
• Outside the box thinker
• Innate ability to build and nurture relationships with families and local community stakeholders.
• Lead the planning and be a first port of call for your team
• Delegating tasks to ensure all the educators are having the opportunity to grow in their profession
• Demonstrate good relationships by working together

Requirements:

• Diploma in Children’s Services or approved Early Childhood Qualification
• Working with Children’s Check
• First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• Understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Proof of Working Rights
