We are looking for someone who can help us spread the word about our amazing opportunities and attract inspiring people that share our values. You will be responsible for ensuring our vacancies are being seen, and heard about and that we have a flow of high-quality, informed candidates coming through to our application tracking system for the selection team to assess.

Key responsibilities include:

• Vacancy management on our application tracking system

• Placing advertisements on external platforms and analysing performance/spend

• Liaising with account managers to ensure we maximise our potential

• Creating weekly reports to share with internal stakeholders

• Analysing data to mold your advertising strategy and establish priority vacancies

• Supporting internal staff with local attraction methods

• Building and maintaining relationships with University Careers Services, coordinating and attending various events

• Encouraging employee referrals and liaising with payroll to ensure rewards are received

• Managing and promoting our internal talent attraction pipeline

• Monitoring and responding to employee/candidate reviews

• Communicating with prospective candidates via social media

You will have:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Excellent data analysis skills with an ability to strategise effectively

• Initiative and decisiveness, with effective problem-solving skills

• An ability to prioritise effectively when working with high volumes, working at pace to manage multiple responsibilities

• An ambassadorial attitude to promote our roles and Explore Learning to prospective candidates

• A strong teamwork ethic and passion for our company mission/goal while embodying our company vision

Logistics

• Salary: £25,000 PA

• This is a 12-month, fixed term, maternity cover role

• This role can be fulfilled remotely

• The working pattern is full time, Monday – Friday
