As our talent acquisition manager, you’ll play a vital role in identifying this talent and potential, whilst delivering an exceptional candidate experience to the thousands of candidates that apply. You be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle including candidate queries, ATS management, video interview screening, arranging and conducting online interviews as well as promoting Explore Learning as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities:

• Assessing and processing manager applications, making a sound judgement based on their strengths and potential
• Managing candidate enquiries in a warm, professional and timely manner
• Ensuring candidates are correctly and efficiently moved through the application process and ATS management of multiple vacancies
• Proactively recruiting and keeping warm future starting candidates whilst prioritising those that are useful for current vacancies
• Proactively sourcing candidates on Indeed and LinkedIn
• Scheduling, conducting, and assessing online interviews while recording and delivering positive/constructive feedback
• Liaising with hiring managers to discuss their needs, discuss potential candidates and interview logistics
• Occasional travel to locations across the UK to support centres and Regional Managers

You will have:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high quality customer service experience
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Initiative and decisiveness, with effective problem-solving skills
• An ability to prioritise effectively when working with high volumes, working at pace to manage multiple responsibilities
• An ambassadorial attitude to promote our roles and Explore Learning to prospective candidates

• A strong teamwork ethic and passion for our company mission/goal while embodying our company vision
• Experience in high volume/early careers recruitment would be beneficial but not essential.

Logistics

• Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 dependant on experience

• This is a full-time permanent role
• This role can be fulfilled remotely with occasional travel to centres and our central office in Guildford, Surrey.
• The working pattern is Monday – Friday
